Introduction
Dr. Archana Dwivedi specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology with an impressive career spanning over 23 years. She began her medical journey by earning her MBBS degree from Motilal Nehru Medical College, Ahmedabad, in 1997. Driven by her dedication to women's health, she pursued further specialization, completing her Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics (DGO) from the University of Allahabad in 2001. Additionally, she holds the qualifications of CIMP and FICOG, reflecting her commitment to excellence in her field.
Dr. Archana's areas of expertise include laparoscopy, minimal invasive surgery, non-descent vaginal hysterectomy (NDVH), infertility treatment, high-risk pregnancy management, and routine gynecological care. She is also well-versed in managing multifetal gestation and addressing infertility issues.
Dr. Archana's dedication to her field has earned her numerous awards and recognitions, including the Best Paper SAWMA award, Jagdish Wari Mishra Award, Gujarat Gynec Excellence Award, Midlife Charity Appreciation Award, FOGSI Champion Award, and the Best Society Work President Award for 2021-22. She is the Founder President of MSV and has been honored for her contributions to society. Additionally, she showcased her talents beyond medicine by winning the Best Dancer Superstar Yuva FOGSI 2021-22 and securing third prize in the National Yoga Competition in the MSV junior category.

This approach allows the Gynaecologist to operate with precision while minimizing damage to surrounding tissues. The procedure can be used to address various conditions, including uterine fibroids, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, and certain types of cancers.
Laparoscopic Myomectomy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure used to remove uterine fibroids (non-cancerous growths) while preserving the uterus. The procedure is performed using a laparoscope, a thin, lighted instrument equipped with a camera, which allows the surgeon to visualize the pelvic organs on a screen and precisely remove the fibroids through small incisions.
